A zero conditional expectation ends the round immediately with zero return. If neither collection nor zero settlement occurs earlier, the twelfth reveal settles at its terminal quote.

Conditional expectation is a finite fair process before the0.97 scale, so optional collection changes the result distribution without changing that expectation.
